Setup is a one-time fee covering platform build, personalization configuration, content architecture, and onboarding. Monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, GEO refresh, and ongoing platform management. You own your domain and your data.

The 90-Day Pilot Program lets you experience one module — typically Voice AI Reception or Reputation Management — without the Foundation commitment. At the end of 90 days, you decide: convert to the full platform (and we credit your pilot fee toward setup), or exit with no penalty. Most clients who start with the Pilot convert. But the choice is always yours.
Pricing Questions
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Foundation plans are month-to-month after the initial 6-month term (which covers the setup investment). Modules are month-to-month from day one. The Pilot Program is a fixed 90-day commitment with no auto-renewal.
What happens if I want to add or remove a module?
You can add a module at any time. You can remove a module with 30 days' notice. There are no penalties for scaling up or down — the platform is designed to grow with your business, not lock you in.
Who owns the website and the content?
You do. Your domain, your data, your content. CastleCS builds and manages the platform on your behalf. If you ever choose to leave, we provide a full handover package including all content, credentials, and documentation.
Is there a setup fee for modules?
Most modules have no additional setup fee — they are configured from your existing Foundation personalization layer. Voice AI Reception and AI Sales Agent have a one-time configuration fee of $500 each, which covers script development, integration testing, and launch.
What if I already have a website?
We migrate your existing content, preserve your SEO equity, and rebuild on the AI-native platform. Most clients see their existing rankings maintained or improved within 60–90 days of migration. Do I need to understand AI to use this?
No. That is the point. You tell us what you want — more Invisalign cases, more qualified leads, faster booking, better reviews — and the platform takes care of the rest. You approve content and review reports. You do not build, configure, or maintain anything.
