We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the particular service giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding specific results from our services.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as outlined in your marketing agreement.
Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal law of Canada.
